Nice strong soothing presence. I like that you sometimes let the pause lengthen out.

It’s a shame there are these yoga parasites such as the commentator above, but that’s the way of the world.

Looks like something out of Hanna Somatics.(for e.g L2 Cat Stretch) though slightly diferent, i will add.

Is this an asana?
Is there a sanskrit name?

The one it resembles can help to re-balance one’s left and right sides.
